REFUND POLICY

All products sold are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

14-Day Limited Exception
A refund may only be considered within 14 days of purchase if:

• The file is proven to be defective or corrupted
• You received the wrong file

In these cases, we reserve the right to:

• Replace the file
• Provide a corrected version
• Or issue a refund at our discretion

No Refunds Will Be Issued For:

• Change of mind
• Accidental purchase
• Lack of knowledge, skill, or required software
• CNC machine or 3D printer incompatibility
• Improper scaling, orientation, or user setup errors
• Failure to read the product description before purchase
